We start before the design does: materials, budget, shelf life and what the packaging can actually hold.
Most packaging problems are decided long before anyone opens a drawing. The board is chosen because it was chosen last time. The size is inherited from a pallet nobody has measured in five years. By the time artwork arrives, the expensive decisions have already been made by accident.
We would rather be in the room earlier. Bring us the product, the budget and the deadline, and we will tell you what the packaging can realistically do: which boards take your brand colour well, where a structure will fail in a chill cabinet, what a courier will do to a corner, and where you are paying for material that is doing no work.
You get straight answers rather than a quotation dressed as advice. If a cheaper route exists we will say so. If what you are asking for will not survive the supply chain, we will say that too, while it is still cheap to change.
